Started with a working interview which gives you an idea of what the job is about; then you have to read or listen to the audio version of "7 Habits of Successful People" after which you need to write a reflection paper. Last step is an in person interview with the CEO in which you do not really say much, rather you listen to the CEO talk about his beliefs.
