I was contacted by the company via email and scheduled an interview. The email said it would be a zoom interview but no link was sent. At the scheduled time, there was no contact. I reached out 20 minutes later to follow up. They responded quickly, apologized and we rescheduled. This time they sent a zoom link.
At the next scheduled interview time, I logged in early, but again, no one was on the other end. I waited 30 minutes and then reached out to my contact again. I never received any follow up contact.
an in depth but laid back process, mainly hitting on points about who i am as a person and what are my values, secondary was my background and relevant experience.

Interview
Started with a working interview which gives you an idea of what the job is about; then you have to read or listen to the audio version of "7 Habits of Successful People" after which you need to write a reflection paper. Last step is an in person interview with the CEO in which you do not really say much, rather you listen to the CEO talk about his beliefs.
