      Verification/DI Pharmacist Interview

      15 Dec 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Albuquerque, NM
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Albuquerque, NM) in Dec 2011

      Interview

I was interviewed and hired over the phone. It was a very simple process and they were very friendly people. After my phone interviews, I was directed to a website where I finished all of the paperwork required to become an employee. On my first day, I was assigned a mentor / training pharmacist to familiarize me with standard work process. I also was given the paperwork and instructions to sign up for benefits. Very friendly people.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The most unexpected question was about prior negative job experiences and how I reacted to them. Since I had had several such experiences during 21 years of being a pharmacist, this question was not difficult to answer.
