Really long process, many rounds but they are not thoughtful about how much time they take (how can you possibly take so many calls when you have a full time job?) , went through to the top and interviewed with their CTO who has no understanding of the humanities and thinks every single decision can be based on data. C level is noticeably all white male. I was told midway by an external recruiter that they barely match my currently salary so not worth going through that Google like interview process, without the reputation and salary of Google.
