Just a typical interview with manager. Very laid back and easy going. Basically hired on the spot. Went for drug test, waited for background check to come back. Went to work after about a week.

Interview
It was short and simple. I was called in for a one on one interview with the AGM. He was the one that was in the office when I picked up the application and was very relaxed about things. He asked how my phone skills were and if I had any customer service experience. I think he offered me the position right after the interview but I can't remember. We also talked about what my hourly wage would be.

Interview
The process consisted of just a single interview that was all behavioral. They asked about my previous hotel experience, what I would do in certain hypothetical instances, how I could be an asset to the company, etc. It is pretty much the same as any other customer service position interview.
