Basic interview. Not difficult at all. I met with management to discuss the role. They were normal interview questions and I could tell that they needed somebody to work weekends.

Filled out a resume online. Was called to fill out the online application. After, I was called in for an interview but had to wait a week for a date management was available. Then, even wasn't interviewed with GM, just a full time employee who passed my resume along. Then I had to submit information for a background check which took over a week to come back. Then I was finally offered the job.
