I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Extra Space Storage (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview which was very good, not too long. Just asked about previous jobs and what I did. Then had a face to face with the district manager. I was good as well. Nothing to crazy. Pretty standard questions. Lasted about 45 mins. Got an offer on the spot, and accepted. The only part I did not like was that my offer was lower than what I was told during the interview, but I got a raise shortly after.
Easy interview
