The interviewing process was pretty simple. They asked about experience and what to do in an emergency. The interview was not super formal. The interview was with the practice manager and the psychiatrist and I started a week or so after.

Interview
They were open and welcoming super sweet office workers, they wanted to get to know me and asked about my experience they gave me a great opportunity to learn about what they do and how I can help them which eventually led to me learning what I want to do in the future.

Interview
I met with the owner of the company and one other person and I was immediately asked my salary expectations. I quoted the job description scale and came in the middle. She then proceeds to tell me that my information is incorrect and that that salary was for a supervisor position. I politely tell her that I think her posting online has incorrect information (after the interview, I triple checked my facts). We continue with the interview and the person sitting in leaves suddenly and does not return. She concludes the interview without even offering to shake my hand or walk me to the door. I've never felt so disrespected in a "professional" setting.
