I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at F5 (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2009
Interview
I first had a phone screen which was too easy for anyone who's been in the field. I guess they just wanted to filter out the real candidates. The questions ranged from "How would you debug a network issue and what tools would you use?", "What is the difference between a hub and a switch?", "What is silly window syndrome?. It felt like he was reading the questions of off a list and he ran out of questions pretty quick.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at F5 (Seattle, WA) in July 2014
Interview
Applied online. Got call from recruiter. Set up phone interview with hiring manager in few days. Manager was very friendly. Explained about company. Asked my experience related to requirements of the position and interest in position and about the company. Asked some problem solving (DS/algorithm related) questions. They see how you approach it. Not the exact answer. Next round would have been coding related interview with team members onsite. But couldn't clear the initial screen.
