Questions include your history to date and why you want to become a consultant. Very straightforward. 4. If you are successful, you will be invited to an assessment centre. It includes a presentation (be prepared for this as you will be asked questions to demonstrate your knowledge of the role and company. This is your time to shine). Next there are three tests, a general test (IQ, IT (programming languages), a maths test (GCSE level maths - no calculator) and a venn diagram test. The next part is a tour around FDM's London office, where you can look around and ask questions. Finally there are three short one-on-one interviews. Each interview has a different topic, and will have a set of four questions. Topics included - your university course, IT interest and one random interview with questions such as 'Is organisational change a good thing?' 5. If you pass the assessment centre you will be offered the job.
