I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Scotland) in June 2016
Interview
Very easy assessment center... too easy. FDM are just looking for suckers to hire on there graduate scheme. the salary is good, but if you take into account the unpaid training and possible time before placement then salary is average at best.

Question 1
- Apple or Android?
- What would you like to gain out of FDM?
- What are your weaknesses?
I applied online. I interviewed at FDM Group (Leeds, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
Was a very relaxing assessment centre interview, we were told we would have 3 short interviews with senior employees at FDM and although they were meant to be around 5 minutes each, it wasn't rushed because they gave you time to answer the questions in the way you wanted. It was related more to strengths-based questions, but at the same time you have to show knowledge of technology or the technology industry. Also gave you a presentation of the company, tour of the offices at the assessment centre, lunch break and three separate tests (which weren't too difficult).
