In the first round of the application process an FDM recruiter will arrange with you to book a slot for a first phone call. During this phone call the recruiter will inform you more about the job role. The interview will last about 30 minutes.

During this phone call the recruiter will get to know you a bit more and ask for the reasons why FDM. Also they will give you some more information on the role and what it FDM consists of.

Lots of layers and not well constructed, didnt know where I stood in the process or how you were supposed to move between the various stages. Too much focus on selling the company, I think to counter the negativity surrounding them and the programme.
