      23 Jan 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2013

      Interview

Phone interview - Simple questions to gauge who you are and what you interests maybe Assessment Day - Presentation about FDM business model. Followed with a technical test, if you've ever opened an IT article or know what makes a computer you will do fine. The true purpose is to gauge which stream you are most gear for. After successfully passing they will inform you of the next training rotation which you will be enrolled in. Interviews with clients are very variable depending on the role. A very important aspect is your problem solving skills. Demonstrate you ability to articulate a problem and how to tackle it.
