I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Scotland) in July 2015
Interview
1. send in a CV and answer some short essay questions online
2. video interview: your webcam records you answering some questions and someone watches it back. This was the hardest part because it feels very unnatural talking into a webcam - I didn't practise but I should have
3. assessment day: maths test, IT test, set theory test, 3 5-minute interviews

Question 1
Why FDM?
How would you get to know the people you are working with?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group in Jan 2022
Interview
Five stage interview process. General chat, followed by a more formal interview, technical questions and logic puzzles, then a final stage interview with three different interviewers.
I was brought in absolutely last minute (woke up at 9am to a phone call, brought into the Zoom meeting ten minutes later) for the final stage interview and that was clearly not considered in my interviews.
I ultimately received no contact following the final interview - not so much as a rejection email..
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Fairly complex logic puzzles - no actual coding involved. Mathematics, pattern recognition, etc.
