I interviewed at FDM Group (Toronto, ON) in July 2025
Interview
The process was fairly straightforward. First, an Arctic Games assessment, followed by a 30-minute behavioural interview round where I was asked about my strengths, adaptability, teamwork, and some basic technical questions like OOPs, SQL and LL.

First, there was a behavioral section where they explained what the job is about and a few questions to see if you're suited for it, followed by a technical proctored HackerRank assessment that included multiple-choice questions, one Java class, one DSA question, and two SQL questions. Finally, there was a strength-based behavioral assessment with six questions.

Interview
First round interview. Pure HR interview (only 15mins and 10 mins late) without any tech questions. I don’t think they were very serious about it. It seemed like the HR just wanted to complete his daily tasks.

i first got an arctic shore assesment that has nothing to do with software engineering > then a 30 minute video call interview > then a coding assesment (Java and basic SQL questions) > then a final behavioural interview
