FESCO Adecco interview questions

It went smoothly, a fast process. One phone call interview, and two other steps (two more interview rounds). They are fast in decision making, overall nice atmosphere. Interviews between twenty-fourty minutes, flexible scheduling.

Simple and straightforward, the interview was conducted in the translation language of the job, in this case Chinese. Mostly personality, career aspirations, and such questions were asked. Some technical questions about the immigration procedure and my familiarity with them were asked, as the department I would be joining was the expat recruitment decision.
