I filled out the job application, which consisted of very large open-ended questions. Most people probably don't fill out these questions, so I knew it would be a good idea to go through with it. The recruiter called me a week later to ask me some general questions. She asked a few behavioral questions and if I have any relevant BSA/AML experience. She told me I passed the phone screening and that the next step is the interview. I had the interview a week or so later with a member of the BSA team. She asked me some questions about BSA/AML and what I know about the company. I was told I'd hear back within a week or so. As usual, I never heard back despite taking a long time to fill out the application, doing a phone screening, and doing an interview.
