FIA Formula E interview questions

Had an initial call from a recruiter. Was about 15 minute call, just to talk about experience. Thought it went well and was told I would hear back 4 days later and heard nothing in two weeks. Typical these days and a company I wouldn’t want to work for if things how they treat people before they hire. Useless would avoid at all costs and now understand the negative work culture people post here.
