The entire recruitment process was chaotic and poorly managed. HR seemed unsure of their own procedures and often failed to follow up or communicate clearly. Several interviews were scheduled close to midnight due to time zone issues, and a few were simply missed with no apology or explanation.
Although the role was U.S.-based, communication was difficult, and asking for clarification was met with visible frustration. The final interview was particularly disappointing — the Chief Operating Officer, who goes by “Sparky,” was rude, unprofessional, and asked irrelevant questions. His behavior reflected poor ethics, weak leadership, and a lack of basic respect.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before engaging with them.
