I applied for Software Engineer for placement in Japan through LinkedIn. There was 2 interviews in Japanese. 1. HR interview, 2. Interview with Technical Leader (there were 3 interviewers, all Vietnamese). Unexpectedly I got an offer. I accepted, but 1 week after I accepted the offer, the recruiter didn't reply to my message. Kinda feel scammed by the recruiter, because I rejected an offer for another company over FPT Japan's offer. BE CAREFUL to trust the recruiter.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FPT Software (Seoul)
Interview
HR screening CV --> HR call > Interview with manager >Offer
The whole process was very simple and short.
They were quite open to the people without technical base
so they didn't ask deep about technical experiences, mostly focus on your soft skills.
