Interview
An initial application answering some questions, then a written exercise and then the assessment centre. In the AC, I had an hour long interview with two strat comms consultants, then a written assessment, a one-on-one interview for 10 minutes and a group task with other candidates.

Interview
It was an online video interview consisting of three questions. Each question allowed two minutes for preparation and two minutes for answering, with one opportunity to retake each recorded response if needed.

Can you give an example of when you have had to work in a team and how you have contributed to the success of the team?
Online video interview questions. Tested knowlege of communications strategies and awareness of current affairs. Could prepare well for the questions. Reasonable/ average time to prepare answers and overall not a negative experience.

What makes a good PR/strategic communications campaign?
Pre-recorded interview with 3-5 strengths-based questions, including "What is the purpose of a communication campaign?", "What is your greatest strength?", and "Tell me about a time when you led a team"
