There are different exams (english, communication and writing skills). After all the knowledge and skills exams, there are several interviews (two or three) with directors of area/teams about your interests and education background.

1) group round - did a case study and each of us were asked questions based on our group answer after
2) math and verbal reasoning test, written essay test
3) individual interviews - one with current analysts about cv, one with a partner (casing)
Pretty basic behavioral questions - no technicals. I'd recommend knowing your "why" and being able to clearly explain your interest in the specific practice. Also, prepare to ask the interviewer more in-depth questions, too.
