Communicated clearly, first rounds then Superday, accelerated due to IMPACT program. Interviewed with junior, then senior team members. Had to complete a writing test following the Superday interview; accepted offer one week after that.

Question 1
Can you give an example of a time in which you were a leader?
For the AC
1) group round - did a case study and each of us were asked questions based on our group answer after
2) math and verbal reasoning test, written essay test
3) individual interviews - one with current analysts about cv, one with a partner (casing)
Pretty basic behavioral questions - no technicals. I'd recommend knowing your "why" and being able to clearly explain your interest in the specific practice. Also, prepare to ask the interviewer more in-depth questions, too.
