I was hired at a job fair, the only company was FTSI. It was a quick process I had an interview that lasted less than 5 minutes before the then District Manager decided to hire me. I was an MBA graduate looking to get started in the oil and gas industry.

Interview
Fastest interview of my life, asked me three questions and then we went to go and do paperwork. I honestly don't think I've ever had an easier interview for any job or for any company that I have ever interviewed or worked for.

They dont actually interview, when we have a need for new employees. They just hire the number they need based on qualifications from your application.
