I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at FYI (CA) (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Position in Hollywood, Los Angeles.
Two step interview:
1 - online interview with engineering team
2 - onsite interview with same team and also the COO
Interview with the engineering team was fluent and bidirectional. When the COO joined the conversation it became unnecessarily uncomfortable. She made it about herself and asked inappropiate questions.
I am used to high pressure environments, but poor leadership and emotional volatility are not for me.

Interview
I recently went through the interview process with this company and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was well-organized, professional, and comprehensive.
The interview began with an initial screening call, during which the recruiter took the time to understand my background, skills, and career goals. They provided me with a clear overview of the company, the role, and the expectations, ensuring that we were both on the same page.
