Had more than 7 inverviews including the CEO. Feedback was great. Then they scheduled a "catch up" where I was informed that they were going really slow in their process and they needed more time to "interview other candidates". How much time? Not sure. Ok. So I contact them weeks and weeks later and they are "still interviewing other candidates".
The salary range was terrible and most all of the people I interviewed with were very inexperienced for the titles they had.
Their business model does not turn a profit and they've lost their highest profile author/sponsor anyway. This is a sinking ship and the rats are scurrying.

It starts with an initial phone screening. Then you move on to a technical interview. After that, you move on to a final interview with management and after that you are informed if you have an offer.
