Facet was very quick to schedule calls, often using software like Calendly to simply this. I met with a variety of different people in different levels of the planning space. I did not, however, get interviewed by someone who would ultimately be my direct manager.

The interview process is by virtual zoom interviews with head of planning team and select employees. You have about 3 interviews usually and they consist of case studies/role play and traditional questions.
