I first had an interview focused on my previous experience, as well as my soft and hard skills. After that, I was asked to prepare a technical case study, with five days to complete it. The second interview consisted of presenting and discussing this case study.
Afterward, I never received any follow-up, despite reaching out. Three weeks later, I called them and was told they had not yet decided on a candidate, but I never heard back again. Considering the time and effort I invested in the case study, even a rejection email would have been appropriate.
