Hiring manager was friendly, but seemed to be unimpressed by kindness and smiling. It was very hard for hiring manager to reciprocate back nicely. I spoke about my strengths and such but all in all, did not seemed too thrilled.

Interview process in three steps: first with Human ressources, then with Front desk manager, final interview with hotel director. Everybody is friendly. High quality interviews. The feedback process is quite short, they try to move fast in the recruitment process.
