Interview
Applied online. Teams interview scheduled shortly after applying - laid-back question style. Was told I'd hear back within a week. After that week I reached out and still nothing. I'll never understand ghosting potential candidates, and to be honest? I don't want to understand how a company can be so callous.

Interview
Have Interviewed twice with this company for sep roles on different teams. Both times I have been completely ghosted despite them telling me to keep an eye on my inbox in the coming days.
Treat your candidates with more respect! A simple not interested in moving forward is the correct way to treat people.

Interview
I had two interviews. The first was with those that I would be working with and the second was with HR. They all seemed like great people and they love what they do. I had a great time connecting with the managers and I feel like I answered well on all the questions that they asked. It was very personable.
The issue I ran into was the salary negotiation. They were offering 20-30k less than other Median Florida based salaries for 1-3 years of experience and they will make you put forth a range before they do so if you want the job be sure to lowball yourself. You cannot rely on market pay rates to set a standard for pay for Falcon's.
This shows one of two things; (1) either HR and hiring managers are ignorant of current market trends for UX designers (which shows they are not serious about the professionalism and value that UX designers provide) or (2) they know that they are offering a much lower rate and are not loyal in terms of wanting to retain. Some feedback for those that come up with the numbers are to at least offer minimum market value for positions. Otherwise you will have a rotating door because people will just want to get experience and then leave once a better opportunity presents itself.
I even told them that I was willing to negotiate lower than the rate that I gave them and we should keep the conversation open and discuss. I didn't
