super easy interview. just asking your background. and some sales questions. like a conversation. do your research on the company. make sure you know its not a manager type of office job and your shifts are all over. I did a ton of 3rd shifts because you have to learn the paperwork. and you are alone during this overnight shift.
The interview was easy and a good experience, but working there not good at all! Management really fake and patronizing.. only a few good ones. Bad communication. They act like you will be promoted and give you a ton of confidence, but they want to keep you at the store level for as long as possible because they are so understaffed. My training to be a manager and then move up to corporate was supposed to be 6 months at the most and turned into going to be atleast a year. Upper management does not know the really good people at the store level and the skills they can bring to the table at the corporate level. they should make a better effort to get to know all employees.
