Process was easy, good questions, staff seemed interested in the process, they told me about an average day, I met members of the team. The office was nice. They offered reasonable work options

There were 4 steps to the interview. First, a phone interview, then a project, then an in person interview, and finally an interview with the CEO. It took about 6 weeks from the phone interview to getting notice that I did not get the job.
