30 minute phone interview then was referred to panel interview which I have not had yet. I understand that it will be in a panel format and it will have behavioral questions for me. I will have to describe how I thought outside the box in my claims handling which should be straight forward.

Challenging claim that I had at my current position.
Fairly easy overall. 30 minute call to get a feel for me and tell about the position and sus out basic requirements for the job like having a driver's license.

Process was quick in my scenario, there was a phone screen and in-person. The company is very selective on who they hire. I must’ve done something wrong, but it’s all trial and error.

Interview
Phone interview with basic questions about myself, which lead to an in-person interview with a panel of three. The interviewers were very personable. I was given a few written questions to answer and then moved to a verbal interview. The questions were about my background, strengths, and weaknesses, conflict resolution abilities, etc.
