This was a very easy interview process, they pretty much try to get you to drop out of college and pursue insurance sales. Do not work for them, they just care about their personal commissions
Star method questions. How do you handle difficult customers? How do you deal with change? Also you have to role play a sales call. They give you a sheet to prep. So if you don’t interview well and can still ace the interview with the sales call.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a different customer.
Spoke with hiring manager for about 30 minutes. He laid out the expectations of the job. Requirements in order to attain the job, and was sent an offer letter and encouraged to take an insurance license test.
