I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in Oct 2014
Interview
First they call you to ask if there's a time where you could do a phone interview first. That interview takes about 45 minutes to an hour. They will ask questions like "If you could do anything in the world for a job and be paid for it what would it be?"
"How do you get complete strangers to trust you?"
It's a relatively easy interview, just make sure your answers are longer and more of a conversation than an interview and they'll love you.
It was pretty good. I think it was great actually. So cool. It was a time I won't ever forget. How could I forget an interview that was for Farmer's insurance at this time in the world?
Yes it was okay and very interesting and had a lot of questions asked. It was time consuming and had lots to do with agent. At the same time it took a couple rounds.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Colorado Springs, CO) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was very well organized and put together. We went into a conference room with lounge chairs and a TV screen. It opened with a few questions asking about me and what I knew about the company, then we moved to a slideshow presentation which talked a little about the history of the company and then talked about how to get paid and promoted, and finally closed with a few more questions about what I thought of the process, what I thought about the opportunity to work for Farmers Insurance and finally Why should we hire you as an Agent. Overall I was very happy with the entire process.
