I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Mar 2015
Interview
First interview is mostly a description of the job. The first quarter you need to sell 15 property and casualty and 2 life. Then it gets bumped to 40 P/C and 4 Life. I submitted a background check was cleared after 2 days.(They didn't make me pay for it.) I have a second interview with the trainers so I will know more. I am a bit skeptical about putting money in to make money.
It was pretty good. I think it was great actually. So cool. It was a time I won't ever forget. How could I forget an interview that was for Farmer's insurance at this time in the world?
Yes it was okay and very interesting and had a lot of questions asked. It was time consuming and had lots to do with agent. At the same time it took a couple rounds.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Colorado Springs, CO) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was very well organized and put together. We went into a conference room with lounge chairs and a TV screen. It opened with a few questions asking about me and what I knew about the company, then we moved to a slideshow presentation which talked a little about the history of the company and then talked about how to get paid and promoted, and finally closed with a few more questions about what I thought of the process, what I thought about the opportunity to work for Farmers Insurance and finally Why should we hire you as an Agent. Overall I was very happy with the entire process.
