I applied online. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Kansas City, MO) in May 2022
Interview
The recruiter called me before the scheduled time, I called her back at the correct time and she rushed through my interview. We were on the phone for maybe 5 minutes. Not nearly long enough to have an accurate interview and it was very disheartening. I felt that I did not get the chance to actually talk with her and go over my experience or answer any questions. She rushed through the entire conversation and it was over. It was very unprofessional on her part and I have not heard from them at all. No rejection calls, letters or emails. Just radio silence.
Good experience -interview was difficult but they allowed plenty of time to get questions and nerves out , not your average interview questions are intensive so be prepared to be thrown curve balls
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in June 2025
Interview
This company is notorious for putting you through the whole process and then pulling away last minute. Claims they only needed one interview, however they lied and brought me back in for another interview. Unprofessional and ultimately went with someone is fluent in being bilingual. If that is what you need then be transparent from the beginning.

I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
I am a licensed insurance agent. I heard about this position from a friend who also works for a a Farmers agency, but a different one. When I sat down to start the interview, the 1st question the agency owner asked was "So what church do you go to?"
I was obviously taken aback, and answered "I don't go to church." He then quickly shuffled some paperwork and changed the subject to the details of the position.
I later learned that he and the other office staff were all LDS (Latter Day Saints), and I didn't stay very long!
