I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in Feb 2018
Interview
I was contacted by an internal recruiter and then scheduled for a phone interview. I spoke with two managers. The questions revolved around previous experience, technologies used and types of projects I had automated. The questions were easy and straight-forward.
Unfortunately my experience turned out to be frustrating (to say the least). As I would finish answering a question, I would be subsequently asked about technology which I had already covered in my previous answer. I got the sense these two managers where either looking at their emails or had their minds occupied on something else while interviewing me. They clearly were not paying attention to my answers.
About 2 days later I was contacted via email that I was not selected for the next round. In hindsight they did me a favor. I wouldn't want to work in a place where managers don't have the professionalism and consideration to pay attention to their staff.
