It was a Zoom, three rounds of interviews there were quite basic and simple questions. Very nice women asking me about my experience. They wanted me to share a story about a past experience in a work environment that challenged me.

What skills am I most interested in improving through our internship program?
Interviewed with two employees. It was very personable and I felt like they truly wanted to get to know me. Had one in person interview and received feedback within in two days.

What is your experience? What can you bring to the team? How do you handle stress?
The interview was super welcoming and not too challenging. Everyone was really nice and helpful! Ended up declining the job because school credits didn't line up, but I am keeping tabs on openings at Fast Forward Events for the future.
