Asked questions about accomplishments as an OSR. Be prepared for that. Loved the fact of placing vending and on site opportunities. Study the area of the branch and come up with a plan.
Two interviews to get a job. Very sales focused. Company looking for high achievers who want performance based pay (there is a base pay as well). Questions about previous job experience and how you would hypothetically respond in certain situations.

Personal one on one. Very open discussion. Great company with great training. Get your foot in the door and work hard and you’ll do fine. Nice entry level business structure
