Quick, simple questions. Actually the lady who interviewed me said I was over qualified and she started off as a package handler but stuck it out now works in the office.

Previous job experience, if I were praised for previous worked like recognition. And basically what hours I prefer and if I were still interested after a bit information about the work.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.

No interview or drug test only background. They keep you updated throughout the process. Hr contacted me after two weeks due to weather. She described details about the position as well
