I applied online, and a couple of days after I got a call for a quick phone screening and told to come in. The first interviewer just asked those typical HR questions for about 30 mins, then I was told to wait to have another interview with the department manager. He basically just told me what the team do and what I was supposed to do there. After another 30 mins of interview, the guy showed me around, then we were done. A week after I got a call for an offer.
