I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Hong Kong) in May 2016
Interview
I applied through a third-party advertisement, wherein they ensured a smooth and efficient application process. After about a week and a half, I was scheduled for an international phone call interview. They were late for about 30 minutes. The interviewers composed of 3 people, with a head interviewer and 2 other technical interviewers. I did not expect to be asked highly technical questions for an internship that seems to be outside the scope of the indicated job description, and not to mention that it is only supposedly a "good to have" as clearly described in the description. I couldn't answer the technical questions at all. I tried to explain that I can learn at a fast pace and independently, since I do have a desire to learn.
The interview ended with some generic questions about how I work with people. The interviewer informed me that they will contact me a week after, regardless of the results and some recommendations behind why I may have not obtained the internship.
Unfortunately, it's been about a month already. I know I haven't got the internship, but the least they could do is keep their word and just inform me of the results.
Their integrity is at question and I find it quite unprofessional.

Applied on FedEx career website and got an email from hiring manager to schedule interview. Went only one round interview and got an offer second day from HR. Great experience!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx (Irving, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process pretty neat. The program manager called me and asked me about my time preference. Then the next round was 1-hour telephonic interview with hiring manager. He was a pretty straightforward guy and was having around 20 years of experience. Almost all the questions were from my past work experience and what I was studying at college. He described what his team was doing and what my job role will be. I received an offer after 1 week of that interview. Please prepare your answers in a storytelling setting. You should be able to give proper justification to the questions asked and what you did that created a difference.
