I felt the interview went very well. The interview took approximately an hour. Cannot emphasis the BAR structure in the questioning enough. But the whole process went very smoothly and the whole operation is impressive.

1st Interview is a phone by two people a local Senior Manager and a District Manager. It was like a phone conference. On manager would ask a question after I answered it, the other manager would ask a questions. It was a total of 10 questions. With time at the end for me to ask my own questions about the company and work environment. It was a relaxed interview but not completely informal.
