I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx in June 2016
Interview
The interview was pretty casual with some basic questions asked. I received a call from the Sort Manager to come in for the interview, and the next morning we met. The whole process was around 10 minutes.

Question 1
Are you capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 150 lbs.
Are you willing?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
