I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Miami, FL) in July 2016
Interview
Takes about two weeks from application to first shift. And its a human robot process very scripted. The further along in the process you get the more you'll understand that the interview is nothing like the working conditions.

Question 1
Have you ever worked in a warehouse? Do you have a problem working in heat or cold?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
