I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Fort Worth, TX) in Sept 2018
Interview
Completed an application and received a call and an email to schedule an interview, which I scheduled for a few days later.
Upon arriving, I found myself in a room full of other applicants (around 15 people). The manager conducting the interview called each person (using a sign in sheet) into an office to complete an individual interview.
He asked which shift we preferred to work , then just a single question (below).
During the interview, the manager essentially told me that I was already hired, but to wait for a call to schedule orientation.
A woman called the following day and offered the job again, but there was some confusion (on her part) about the timing of the orientation and she said that she would call me back.
A week and a half has now passed without a call from her, nor anyone answering (or returning) my calls.
*So where it says "Did you get an offer," I selected "Yes, and I accepted." However, as I mentioned, I haven't received any additional information or calls since the day after the interview.
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
