I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Fast and easy, 15 min, simple questions, small group of 4 people, you get called in one by one then they tell you they will run a background check and if all is clear will be called for orientation and training 5 hours long by the way but easy

Question 1
Why do you want to work for fedex?
Can you lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
