Interview
Standard interview. Two stages, first you interview with a group. You receive a walk around of the establishment, then have to submit paperwork. After that, you enter a one on one interview which is basically a formality. There is a lot of turnover at FedEx, so hiring isn't that difficult and is done throughout the year.

No difficult or unexpected questions. Pretty straightforward.
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
