The turnover there is huge so it's not hard to get your foot in the door. Once you show you are hardworking they will put you in the busiest trucks possible. The interview process for load coach and above is a joke. Everyone knows who's getting promoted before the interview process is even over.

Interview
Process lasted about 3 weeks and was pretty straight forward I applied thru the online website and then was giving an interview about a week later and was offered the position 2 weeks later
